Frequently asked questions

How fast do I get into the channel?

Immediately after payment. The bot sends you a personal invite on Telegram — tap it and you are in. Lost the link? Send /invite to the bot.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that the bot removes you automatically and nothing else is charged.

Can I share my invite with a friend?

It would not work. Invites are single-use and the bot checks every join request against the subscription database, so an unpaid account never gets in.

Are the signals a guarantee of profit?

No. Trading leveraged products is risky and you can lose your entire deposit. Signals are information, not investment advice — the decision and the risk are always yours.

How do I cancel?

Open My account and click Manage subscription. That opens the secure Stripe portal where you can cancel or change your card.

Do you offer refunds?

The subscription is a digital service delivered immediately, so the statutory 14-day withdrawal does not apply. If something is broken, contact us — we handle those case by case.
