What we process
From your Telegram account: numeric ID, username, name and profile photo — supplied by Telegram at sign-in and used to grant channel access. From Stripe: customer identifier, subscription status, e-mail and payment history. We never process card data; it stays with Stripe.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (granting channel access and managing the subscription), to meet legal obligations (accounting and tax) and, to the extent necessary, on the basis of legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database), Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment processing) and Telegram FZ-LLC (message delivery and channel membership).
Retention
Account and subscription data are kept for the duration of the contract and 3 years thereafter. Tax documents are kept for the statutory period of 10 years.
