1. Operator

2. The service
The service is time-limited access to a private Telegram channel in which the operator publishes analytical information about financial markets ("signals"). Access is personal and non-transferable.
3. Formation of the subscription
The contract is formed when the selected plan is paid. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Immediately after a successful payment the bot sends the user a personal channel invite.
4. Price and renewal
Prices are listed inclusive of VAT. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect until the user cancels. Cancellation is available at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. Termination of access
The operator may terminate access without refund if channel content is shared with third parties, if the access system is circumvented, or if channel rules are seriously breached.
6. Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately after payment. The user consents to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore ceases to apply.
7. Disclaimer
Signals are informational and do not constitute investment advice or a personal recommendation. The operator is not liable for the user’s trading decisions or resulting losses. Trading leveraged products can result in the loss of the entire deposit.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be raised at [EMAIL]. Consumers in the Czech Republic may use the out-of-court dispute resolution provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz.
9. Effective date
These terms take effect on [DATE]. The operator may amend them and will announce any change in the channel at least 14 days in advance.
